We use a modern gutter clearance system that requires minimal set-up, no ladders, no scaffolding and no mobile elevated work platforms. Instead, we work from the ground using carbon fibre lances, tools, attachments and integrated cameras which can take photographs or provide our customers with video footage.

This means we can clean gutters without you being at your home or business, then show you footage of us doing the job later..

We always have been, and we always will be, a domestic and commercial gutter cleaning company. Our operatives are equally at home clearing gutters on office buildings and industrial units as they are on residential properties. We treat homes and businesses with the same levels of care and attention.

Our customers come from Oxford, Gloucester and Reading, and from all locations across the region.

Property Maintenance & Gutter Clear (Oxford) Ltd performs an initial survey of the roofline. In the event of damage to your rainwater system, we perform gutter repairs on a responsive basis. If the damage isn’t repairable, our operatives also have experience in soffit, fascia and gutter replacements.

This means you’ll only ever need to call one company to deal with your roofline and property maintenance requirements.

We can offer a gutter clearance service for properties up to three storeys in height. We cover everything from terraced and detached homes, to large-scale commercial gutter cleaning. If you have neighbours who share a guttering system, or who just need to have their gutters cleaned, we offer a group discount.

It makes more sense for us to optimise our time by working on as many properties in your area in one day as we can.

You don’t need to be at home (or even at work) for us to clean your roofline, or for our operatives to perform gutter repairs and replacements. Work takes place outside of the property using a self-sufficient system. Just remember to leave gates unlocked and to give our workforce a clear route of access.

Please keep pets inside. We cannot accept any responsibility if a dog, or any other pet, escapes through an open gate.

Most of our customers in nearby Oxford and, indeed, those in the Gloucester and Reading areas, tend to call us when they already have a blockage or some type of damage to deal with. We believe that prevention is always better than cure, and that you book in for maintenance at least once a year.
